Kindly note that only defective items bought from this store can be returned and exchanged within 7 days from date of receipt. Items for exchange will undergo the evaluation process to determine the appropriate remedy for the defective item, whether it is for REPAIR or REPLACEMENT. Please note that items for exchange due to customer’s change of mind, mishandling or misuse will not be allowed.
- Check if the item is subject for REPAIR.
Unitech Trading will assign a technician to assist you in person or remotely depending on the type and condition of the defective item.
- The following circumstances are considered for REPLACEMENT:
- If the item is irreparable or there is no part available.
- For copier machine only, replacement shall be allowed within the warranty period or on specified number of copies after the evaluation of the company’s technician but if the unit is damaged due to customer’s mishandling, replacement will not be allowed.
Replacement will be made depending on the terms and conditions below:
- Defective item shall be replaced with the same model and brand of product originally bought by customer, while stocks supply last.
- In case of unavailability of stocks, the following options are applicable:
- In cases where product of the same model and brand is not available, customer may have to wait for the replenishment of the product.
- Customer could get an upgraded model of the same brand or a different model and brand of the same type of product provided that new item’s price point should equal or be more than the price of the defective item and customer pays for the price difference or any excess in amount accordingly.
Requirements
- Official receipt indicating proof of purchase.
- Defective item should be returned completely with accessories, packaging and in saleable condition. No signs of usage, damage or alter.
